\n<\/b>Alexander Markov was born in Leningrad, Russia (USSR) in 1973. He graduated <\/span>from the University of Arts and Culture in Saint Petersburg (Film and Video <\/span>Film and Video Directing) and the Russian Institute of Art History (Film History Department. <\/span>History of Cinema). He is a filmmaker and artist and has taught documentary filmmaking <\/span>at the St Petersburg Film and Television Institute.
